Notes

This template is specifically for citing the NEET INTEL DAILY TIMECARD PROJECT, which documents all EAMs broadcast on specific dates. Each individual timecard is named "HFGCS TIMECARD [date]" where the date is in YYMMDD format. When citing a specific EAM from a timecard, include the UTC time parameter to reference the exact transmission.
