Usage

This template creates a bottom-of-page navigation box for articles related to Emergency Action Messages. It uses the same color scheme as the YYMMDD Infobox template:

• Header: Grey (#bfbfbf) with black text, slightly larger font (115%)
• Main articles: Grey (#bfbfbf left, #e5e5e5 right)
• Group 1 EAMs: Lightened green (#33D685) on left, medium green (#ccf2e0) on right
• Group 2 EAMs: Lightened orange (#FFAD5C) on left, medium orange (#ffe0b3) on right
• Group 3 EAMs: Lightened yellow (#FFD633) on left, medium yellow (#fff0b3) on right
• Group 4 EAMs: Lightened pink (#FF3385) on left, medium pink (#ffcce0) on right

Right column uses left alignment with spaced bullet separators.

White separators (2px) appear between all rows for visual clarity.

The navbox should be placed at the bottom of relevant EAM articles, typically just before categories.
