Utah Test and Training Range

The Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR) is a military training area in the western Utah desert managed by Hill Air Force Base. It's approximately 2,675 square miles of what most people would describe as "absolutely nothing," which makes it ideal for dropping bombs and testing things that explode. Every now and again E6s will be seen flying in stable orbits over the area, and they tend to do so either in proximity to or on the same day as SKYMASTER events, though in at least one case, an E6 flew over the UTTR possibly as part of a rather anticlimactic "NOTHINGMASTER".
